Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns of eligible items when a return request is submitted within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and have any safety seal intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at care@sambatree.com. If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Processing and Refund Timing

We generally respond to return requests within 2–3 business days. If your return is approved, you must ship the item back according to the return instructions provided.

Once your returned item is received, please allow 5–7 business days for us to inspect and process the return. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account. Actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit before they are received by us.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, sanitation, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • supplements
  • coffee
  • tea
  • nutritional powders
  • other ingestible products
  • opened body-care products
  • items with broken safety seals
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at care@sambatree.com within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If your original item is eligible for return, we will provide return instructions. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.
