Clove Essential Oil has warm, spicy scent that is easily recognizable. In the aromatherapy industry, the clove oil has a wide range of uses. But perhaps the most popular use of Clove oil is to relief minor toothache.
Clove oil contains the active ingredient eugenol, which is a natural anesthetic. It helps numb and reduce pain to ease a toothache.
How to Use
Add 1-2 drops to water, tea, or toothpaste, or mix with oil and rub on skin. To freshen the air, add 5 drops to a diffuser or create your own room spray.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
