Guinea Hen Weed (also known as “amanu”) is a strong-scented herb traditionally brewed into tea across parts of the Caribbean and South America. It has a sharp, garlic-like flavor and a long history in regional herbal practices.

How to Make:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dried herb. Cover and steep for 10–20 minutes. Strain and enjoy 1–3 cups per day based on personal preference and tolerance.

Note:
This herb is not recommended for use during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. May also have blood-thinning properties—do not consume if on blood-thinner medications. Always consult your healthcare provider before use.
