Brew to make a flavorful tea! Has a slight licorice flavor. Tastes great, even if you dislike licorice!
This is enough to make about 30 cups of tea.
Rinse your leaves, then rip & crumble leaves into smaller pieces to release more flavor and nutrients into your tea.
Organically harvested, and naturally air dried.
How to Make Avocado Tea:
- Rinse, then crumble 3 avocado leaves.
- Boil them in a pot with 1½-2 cups of water for 10 minutes or steep in a French press for 15 minutes.
- Allow the tea to steep until it gets warm.
- Add your sweetener to taste. Honey is great.
- Strain.
- Drink 1-2 cups per day regularly.
- Besides making them into a tea, you can use the avocado leaves to add flavor to your soup and stew.
