How to Use

TOOTH WHITENING: Dip your brush into your toothpaste, then dip your brush into your activated charcoal, then brush! Your teeth will look whiter and brighter with continued use. Great for coffee, tea and wine stained teeth!

Internally: Mix one teaspoon of activated charcoal with eight ounces of water. For best results*, drink immediately to alleviate gas and bloating, or once per week in between meals as a general detoxifier.

Externally: To detoxify skin or treat acne, create a face mask using one teaspoon activated charcoal, one teaspoon bentonite clay, two teaspoons water, and half a teaspoon of raw honey. Mix well and apply to face, leaving it on for ten minutes (or until it dries) before washing it off with soap or cleanser and warm water.
