NEBULIZING IS PERFECT FOR COLD AND FLU SEASON!

Here's the recipe:

• 1 pint of pure, distilled or filtered water
• 1 tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt
• 1 tablespoon of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide
• 2 drops (NOT DROPPERFULS) of the Lugol's iodine

Dissolve the salt, hydrogen peroxide and iodine together in the water.

Add one teaspoon of the solution into your nebulizer and nebulize for 5-10 mins.

You can nebulize once a day or every hour depending on how severe the cold/flu/sinus/upper respiratory ailment is. There have been no documented adverse effects found with this treatment.

• Pink Salt: When stored away from moisture and heat, it does not expire

1. Do not open until ready to use.
2. Once open, use within 90 days for best results.
