How to Brew by the Cup

2 tablespoons of 8-Herb Mul-TEA-Vitamin & Mineral Brew

8 ounces of hot/just boiled water (194–203 °F)

Steep covered for 10–15 minutes.

Strain and enjoy; or add honey, or your natural sweetener of choice.

  • Pro Tip: This blend is delicious both hot and iced. For iced tea, let your tea cool to almost room temperature, and pour over ice. OR, make your tea triple-strength, then and pour over ice.
