Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns of eligible items requested within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with any safety seal intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at care@sambatree.com. If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, sanitation, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • supplements
  • coffee
  • tea
  • nutritional powders
  • other ingestible products
  • opened body-care products
  • items with broken safety seals
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at care@sambatree.com within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us at care@sambatree.com. If your original item is eligible for return, we will provide return instructions. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.
