How to Brew:

- 1 tablespoon of 11-Herb RESPIRATORY RESCUE & DETOX Tea
- 8 ounces of boiling water
- Optional: honey or lemon for added flavor
Brewing Instructions:
- Boil Water: Start by bringing fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil.
- Steep: Place 1 tablespoon of the 11-Herb RESPIRATORY RESCUE & DETOX blend into a teapot, mug or tea infuser. Pour the boiling water over the herbs and cover.
- Infuse: Allow the tea to steep for 10-15 minutes to extract the maximum flavor and benefits from the herbs.
- Strain: If using loose herbs, strain the tea into your favorite mug.
- Enjoy: Add honey or lemon to taste, if desired. Sip slowly and breathe deeply as you enjoy the soothing warmth of your tea.

NOTE FOR THOSE WITH SENSITIVITIES: Mullein leaves and flowers have fine hairs that can irritate some people’s skin. If your skin is very sensitive, use gloves when preparing mullein tea. Some also pour the liquid through a cheesecloth or a coffee filter to strain out the plant's tiny hairs as they may irritate the throat.
