Herbal Treatments

1. Mullein (Verbascum thapsus)

Use in Tuberculosis Treatment: Mullein has been used for centuries to treat respiratory illnesses, including tuberculosis, pneumonia, and chronic coughs.

Dosage & Best Method of Application:

  • Tea Preparation:
    • Take 1 teaspoon of dried mullein leaves or flowers
    • Add to 1 cup of boiling water
    • Steep for 10-15 minutes
    • Strain and drink 2-3 times daily
  • Steam Inhalation:
    • Add a handful of dried mullein leaves to a pot of boiling water
    • Inhale the steam to clear congestion and improve lung function

2. Guaco (Mikania glomerata)

Use in Tuberculosis Treatment: Guaco is known for its ability to cleanse the blood, expel phlegm, and keep the respiratory system healthy.

Dosage & Best Method of Application:

  • Tea Preparation:
    • Use 1 teaspoon of dried guaco leaves
    • Steep in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes
    • Strain and drink 2-3 times daily
  • Tincture:
    • 1-2 mL of guaco tincture in water, taken twice daily

3. Elderberry (Sambucus nigra)

Use in Tuberculosis Treatment: Elderberry helps remove mucus from the lungs and supports immune function.

Dosage & Best Method of Application:

  • Elderberry Syrup:
    • Simmer 1 cup of dried elderberries in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes
    • Strain and mix with raw honey
    • Take 1 tablespoon daily
  • Tea Preparation:
    • Use 1 teaspoon of dried elderberries
    • Steep in 1 cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes
    • Drink 2-3 times daily

4. Burdock Root (Arctium lappa)

Use in Tuberculosis Treatment: Burdock purifies the blood, supports liver function, and helps eliminate toxins.

Dosage & Best Method of Application:

  • Tea Preparation:
    • Use 1 teaspoon of dried burdock root
    • Boil in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes
    • Strain and drink 1-2 times daily
  • Tincture:
    • 2-4 mL of burdock root tincture, taken twice daily

5. Chaparral (Larrea tridentata)

Use in Tuberculosis Treatment: Chaparral helps detoxify the lymphatic system and removes harmful toxins from the blood.

    • Use 1 teaspoon of dried chaparral leaves
    • Steep in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes

Additional Recommendations

  • Drink plenty of alkaline water daily
  • Avoid mucus-forming foods like dairy, processed foods, and starches
  • Incorporate fresh fruits, leafy greens, and natural herbal teas

7-Day Meal Plan

Daily Guidelines

  • Drink 1 gallon of spring water daily
  • Herbal teas throughout the day (Mullein, Burdock, Elderberry, etc.)
  • No dairy, processed foods, hybrid foods, or acidic foods
  • Fruits should be seeded
  • Use only approved grains (spelt, quinoa, wild rice, fonio)

Day 1

Breakfast:

  • Quinoa porridge with fresh mango and burdock root tea
  • 1 cup elderberry tea

Lunch:

  • Kale and chickpea salad with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers
  • Dandelion root tea

Dinner:

  • Stir-fried zucchini, bell peppers, and wild rice with a side of guaco tea

Snack Options:

  • Handful of walnuts or dates

Additional Notes

  • Cook with grapeseed oil (no vegetable or canola oils)
  • Use natural sea salt instead of table salt
  • Consume herbal teas multiple times daily for lung detox and immune support
