The Return – FAQs

What if I can’t attend every live session?

Life happens. If you need to miss a session occasionally, replays will be available.

That said, the live space is where the real work happens. Being present allows you to participate in the practices, ask questions, and benefit from the shared energy of the group.

I’m already overwhelmed. Will this feel like one more thing to manage?

No. The structure of this experience is intentionally designed to reduce pressure, not add to it.

The practices are simple and grounding. Many women will find that this becomes the calmest and most supportive hour of their week.

How is this different from 1:1 coaching?

1:1 coaching offers deeply personalized support focused entirely on your individual situation.

The Return™ offers something different:
shared space of guided regulation, reflection, and identity work where women benefit not only from the coaching, but from the collective insight and energy of the group.

For many women, this is a powerful place to begin.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

You don’t need to feel completely ready.

Most women who join simply reach a moment where they realize they can’t keep living in constant overwhelm and something needs to shift.

That quiet recognition is often enough.

Is there work between sessions?

Yes, but it’s intentionally simple.

Each week includes a very short written reflection designed to help you integrate what we practiced together. These reflections deepen the work without becoming time-consuming. Between session, you will also practice the breathwork techniques you will learn.

How many women will be in the cohort?

Each cohort is limited to 10 women to preserve the intimacy and depth of the experience.

What if everyone else seems more “together” than I am?

That concern is more common than you might think.

Many women arrive feeling scattered, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves. One of the most powerful aspects of a small group experience is realizing you’re not the only one navigating these patterns.

That recognition often becomes the beginning of real change.

What if I start and realize I want deeper support?

That’s completely possible.

Some women will find that the group container gives them exactly what they need. Others may discover they would like additional individualized support, and we can discuss whether shifting to 1:1 coaching would be helpful at that point.

Either way, this experience gives you a strong foundation for meaningful change.

Can I join a future cohort instead?

Possibly. Future cohorts may open later in the year.

However, this founding cohort price will not be offered again.
